Mary Beatty's Bio

Mary is responsible for the overall management and administration of all development, financing, consulting, construction management, general construction, Pre-development, Real Estate Brokerage, and company operations. Review all financial statements for each entity, after they have been closed out quarterly with financial reporting to all the partners and investors. Mary keeps all the investors updated with meaningful information as well as keeping the partnerships in order, while planning the cash needs of each and coordinating the tax planning for the myriad of partners and investors with her financial team. Mary also plays a significant role as the leader of the management team for Brexton providing valuable direction for the company’s future growth.

Mary is also passionate about being Brexton’s philanthropy manager and is involved in deciding where

Brexton can offer the most in its giving goals, giving back to the community.

Mary attended Ohio University for three years and graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Art. Mary attended Hondros Business College and received her Ohio Real Estate Sales license in 2013. She is an active member in the Executive Women International and the Conway Family Business Centers.

Before coming to work for Brexton in 2007, Mary worked for Limited Brands in the Community Relations department and was responsible for tracking several thousand employees’ involvement and contributions for their annual United Way Campaign as well as reviewing and responding to thousands of donation requests to the Limited Brands, Inc.

Mary and her husband Joe live in Historical Harrison West, in Columbus, Ohio with their cats where they are very active in their community.
