Liana Daubner

Accounting Manager, Liana Daubner is responsible for the day to day processing of all owner contracts and change orders as well as processing all subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders. In addition, Liana is responsible for processing all pay applications from subcontractors, preparing draws to the owners, job cost tracking, accounts receivable, accounts payable and maintaining project contracts and financial files.

Liana graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting. While attending college, she worked at the Human Resources Office at Youngstown State (2005 to 2009), Best Buy (2007 to 2008) and XCD Management (2009 to 2010). Liana also got her MBA from Youngstown State University in 2023.

After graduating from college, Liana moved to Columbus and took a position with The Ohio State University (2010 to 2014). While at OSU she worked for The Office of Sponsored Programs as an Accountant and more recent as a Procure to Pay Analyst for OSUWMC. Some of her main responsibilities included maintaining compliance with Federal guidelines along with all HIPPA regulations, auditing travel/employee/non-employee reimbursements, and the review and accuracy of 1099 reporting.

Liana grew up in Youngstown, Ohio and currently lives in Grandview Heights, Ohio. Her hobbies include reading, singing and dancing. She would like to believe that she is a clone of Lady Gaga.
