Our services include site selection, zoning/entitlements, design coordination, financing, construction and property management upon completion. Brexton’s focus is on development and construction projects in the $2 to $25 million-dollar range. Our portfolio includes projects from around the United States – Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas and West Virginia. Our projects include all types of commercial, multi-family, mixed use, education and worship.
