From a current customer:
I'm writing to thank your crew, particularly Paul, Blake and Patrick for going the extra mile for us this past Monday (Feb. 16) by working a long day until the installation of the soundproofing material in our studio was complete. Not only did they complete the job in good time but they took the time to consult with me many times during that day to ensure they were doing exactly what we required. The guys also made certain to thoroughly clean up the work area before they left for the day. For the record, the job they did installing the soundproofing was great, and it has received many compliments from our staff as well as from several clients who have been through the studio this week.

Last, I want to point out the attitude I encountered from Paul, Blake and Patrick once they discovered that we needed them to immediately perform the installation on short notice (to them). Without hesitation Blake looked me in the eye and said, "We'll work all day and stay until the job is absolutely complete". Harold, I must tell you I really appreciate that sort of approach in what was a tough situation for your crew.

Please pass this note of appreciation along to them and encourage them to keep up the good work as we near completion of the construction hereat Brainstorm.
